Rule 64
Member of Collective Bargaining Committee

(1) The Collective Bargaining Committee established in accordance with Section 116 of the Act shall have the following members based on the number of workers employed in the respective establishment: (a) In an establishment employing up to twenty workers - three persons (b) In establishments employing more than twenty persons up to one hundred persons - five persons,
(c) In establishments employing more than one hundred workers, at the rate of one additional person equal to each additional fifty persons, maximum - eleven persons.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), when nominating the names of the workers who will be in the collective bargaining committee, a maximum of five alternative names should be nominated and sent according to the number of workers employed in the establishment.
(3) If any worker who is a member of the collective bargaining committee is unable to attend the meeting of such committee, an alternate member as per sub-rule (2) shall represent him in such meeting.
